Q: What is your minimum order?
A: Our wholesale pricing is available for orders starting at 100 pieces per design, with a minimum of 20 pieces per color.
We offer flexibility in color selection, allowing you to mix and match as long as these minimums are met.
Example: for one design you could order 25 Red + 25 Yellow + 50 Pink (100 total, with each color meeting the 20-piece minimum)
Q: Why is a minimum order quantity required?
A: Each of our pieces is meticulously handcrafted through a multi-step production process that involves specialized tools, preparation, and highly skilled artisanship.
Establishing a minimum order quantity allows us to uphold our standards of quality while offering competitive, factory-direct pricing.
Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We serve a global clientele and ship worldwide. Our partners include wholesalers across Australia, the United States (including Hawaii), New Zealand, Samoa, Japan, France, and many other regions.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please contact us for a tailored shipping quotation.
Q: I cannot see the price of each product on your website? How could I know the price of each product?
A: Product prices will be provided upon request. On our website, please choose products you want, add them to cart and follow the process. Once we receive your inquiry, we will make a quotation and send it back to you by email within next working day.
Q: How long will the production process be and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Production time takes approximately 2-3 weeks after receiving your payment, reflecting the handcrafted nature of each order.
Shipping time generally takes around 2-3 weeks depending on your location, custom procedures in each country and chosen shipping method. We will inform you individually what specific production time can be expected.
Q: Which shipping methods are available?
A: All orders are supplied under EXW (Ex Works) terms from our Bangkok facility.
We can arrange international shipping via EMS (Thailand Post) or DHL for your convenience, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your timeline and budget.
Alternatively, you may appoint your own freight forwarder or shipping agent. Our team will coordinate closely with them to ensure a smooth and efficient handover of your goods.
Q: I ordered the wrong products or I have changed my mind, can I cancel them?
A: Once the production of the product has been started, no cancellation or refund are allowed.
Q: Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes?
A: Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with local regulations.
Q: How do I pay my order?
A: We accept payments via bank transfer.
Q: How is Foamflora different from other suppliers?
A: We are a direct manufacturer — not a reseller.
